Apostle Benedict Jefferson Tweh is a Liberian, born and raised at The Barclay Training Center (BTC Barack) by his parents Mr Jefferson Tweh and Miss Edwina Peal.
He started and ended his elementary and Junior High School at the Gray D Allison School located in the BTC Barrack.
